1 Monthly rate per number.

2 Monthly rate to enable spam tag mitigation. Covers carrier registration and spam label removal.

3 Inbound calls are billed per minute, rounded up to the nearest full minute.

4 Outbound calls are billed 12/6: a 12 second minimum, then 6 second increments. For example, a 4 second call bills as 12 seconds and a 13 second call bills as 18.

5 Rate per outbound SMS message. Inbound SMS messages are free.

6 Rate per API action, such as adding or updating leads and sending webhooks. Calls and SMS are billed at their own rates.
This fee is charged when the following schedule action types are processed: AWS S3 Upload Add To Schedule Block Lead Choice Data Append Email FTP Upload Infusionsoft Mailchimp Mailgun Manage Zoho CRM Modify Lead Offer Create Opt-Out Lead Restart Schedule Schedule Create Sengrid Wait For Webhook POST

7 Fee per inbound call that cannot be routed and is rejected.

8 Rate per 1,000 unique Ping API requests, deduplicated per traffic source and caller ID every 15 seconds.

9 Post-call transcription rate per minute.

10 Monthly rate per minute of call recordings retained beyond the free 90 day retention period.

TrackDrive applies a $0.005 surcharge per call when more than 20% of call attempts are abandoned (0-second, unanswered calls) during the last 30 days.
