Call Recording
Record inbound and outbound calls with a simple per-offer toggle. Recordings are stored securely and accessible from the call detail view, with optional password protection that requires a logged-in TrackDrive user with company access to play or download them.
Recording Retention
Configure automatic retention rules that define how long recordings are kept before they are deleted — by offer or globally — helping you manage storage costs and support your data retention program. Recordings past their retention period are removed automatically.
